Sworders successfully won an appeal for a barn conversion into residential single dwelling.  The Council refused it at  Committee on sustainability grounds, citing it was an inappropriate development in the countryside.  The Inspector agreed with the case put forward by Sworders and allowed an Appeal, thus overturning the Council’s decision.
