Sworders has secured planning consent for a replacement dwelling in Epping Forest District. The permission allows for the existing bungalow to be replaced with a dwelling with accommodation over two floors in the Green Belt. The application followed a certificate of lawful development application which demonstrated how the existing bungalow could be enlarged under permitted development without the need for planning permission. This provided the justification for the larger replacement dwelling.
