Lucy has an Honours Degree in Geography and a Masters with a Diploma in Spatial Planning from Birmingham City University. Lucy has over 13 years’ experience in both the Private and Public sectors, which includes Development Management and Strategic and Conservation Planning before joining Sworders in November 2020. She specialises in all aspects of planning advice.
