From the South: Bypassing Fakenham through Hempton take the second exit on the roundabout on the A1065 take the second exit on the roundabout onto the A148. After 0.2 miles, turn left onto the B1105 signposted Wells. After 0.75 miles, take the left hand turning onto the B1105 signposting Wells and Walsingham. Continue on this road for approximately 5 miles before turning right and immediately right again. You should see a Sworders ‘To Let’ board. Upon entering the site, you will find ample parking outside of the unit.
