Sworders have been Successful in Securing Planning Permission to Remove a Restrictive Planning Condition Imposed for the Conversion of a Listed Building

Sworders have been successful in securing planning permission under Section 73 of the Planning Act from Breckland District Council, to remove a restrictive planning condition imposed on a residential planning permission for the conversion of a listed building into five flats.  The condition required the permanent closure of the site’s vehicular access.  By providing comprehensive highway safety and planning evidence in support of the application the condition was successfully removed, with the consequence that the approved flats will now benefit from assigned onsite parking, thus improving the sale-ability and market value of the development.
