The Gatehouse is located within the grounds of Hadham Hall, an imposing former manor house located to the west of Bishop’s Stortford. Hadham Hall, now private residences is a Grade II* listed building. Sworders office is located in the right hand side of the Gatehouse, also an attractive Grades II* building.
From the M11: Leave the M11 at junction 8 and travel towards Hertford on the A120. Continue on the A120 going straight over 2 roundabouts. At the third roundabout, turn right following signs for the A120 towards Hertford. Hadham Hall is signposted on the right after approximately 1 1/4 miles.
From the A10: Leave the A10 at the junction with the A120 and travel towards Bishop’s Stortford. Pass through Standon and continue towards Little Hadham. After travelling straight over a traffic light controlled cross roads continue for approximately 3/4 of a mile and Hadham Hall is on the left.

From the M1: Leaving junction 17 take the M45 towards Coventry. After 8.5 miles (you will find a petrol station on your left) turn left onto the B4453 (The Straight Mile). After 1 mile turn left into Bourton On Dunsmore. Follow the road through the village and you will find the Gated entrance to Bourton Hall on your left.

Holkham Studios is located within the stunning parkland setting of the Holkham Hall estate.
From the A148 north of Fakenham:Take the B1105 north signposted Wells, Walsingham & Holkham Hall. After approximately 0.5 miles take the turning left to stay on the B1105 signposted Wells & Holkham Hall. Follow this road for approximately 6 miles and take the turning left signposted ‘Holkham Hall all Coaches’. Follow this road, heading straight on across a four way junction, before turning right through the South Gates to the Holkham Estate. Follow the estate drive taking the second left approximately 0.2 miles to the north of the gates. This leads to the carpark and the offices.
