Sworders has secured planning permission on behalf of clients for numerous new build and replacement dwellings – both in urban and rural environments.  These include infill developments, houses within gardens of existing dwellings and standalone dwellings on non-residential sites. This achievement reflects the expertise and experience of not only our planning team but the flair of our in-house design team.

In liaison with our planners, our designers specifically tailor proposals to successfully adapt to the specific site circumstances. This might be a Green Belt location or a site with possible heritage implications such as conservation area status and/or within the curtilage of buildings of historical and architectural importance.
