Residential Valuation

Our RICS Registered Valuers can prepare market value or market rent valuation reports necessary for the assessment of capital gains and inheritance tax, loan security, pension investments and for other purposes where a valuation prepared in accordance with the RICS Valuation Professional Standards is required.

Our wide experience of a variety of often unique properties (perhaps with mixed uses and all the factors influencing them), together with our experience and understanding of providing valuation reports to the varied institutions that require them, gives us the confidence to provide specifically targeted valuation advice.

In addition, our valuers’ experience and that of other specialist staff enables us to give valuation advice in situations where a non-standard or bespoke approach is required, such as in development agreements or where valuations are required that cannot be prepared in accordance with published standards.

RICS Registered Valuers must demonstrate an up to date and detailed knowledge of the type of property being valued and are subject to additional regulatory procedures.
