Florence joined Sworders in September 2024 as a Graduate Apprentice Surveyor. She is currently studying Rural land and Estate Management part time at Harper Adams University having previously completed her BA Hons at the University of Gloucestershire in Business Management. Florence is working towards becoming a fully qualified RICS Surveyor in the Somerset office.
