About Me
Lois focuses on strategic residential and commercial sites, forward planning and the promotion of sites through Local Plans. She has a degree in Town Planning and a Masters’ degree in Environmental Assessment and Management, both from Oxford Brookes University. She has previously worked for local authorities, in planning policy roles, and as a planning consultant in private practice and is a consultant to Sworders.
