From South Molton travel along the A361 towards Tiverton for approximately 1.3 miles turn left onto B3227 and remain on here for 5 miles until you reach the Jubilee Inn. Turn left beside the Jubilee Inn and continue along the road, taking the next right onto Smallacombe Hill. The property will be found within a short distance on your right hand side identified by a Sworders For Sale Board.
