About Me
James grew up on a mixed farmed based in the heart of Warwickshire. He has an honors degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams University and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2015.
James’s experience covers a wide range of areas including estate & property management, renewable energy, planning and development, land sales & acquisitions, rural diversification and agri-business. James returned to Sworders in 2024 as a Director.
