About Me
Tom graduated from the Royal Agricultural University with a 1st Class degree in Rural Land Management in 2012, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor and passing his CAAV exams in 2014. Tom provides management and professional services within the rural land and property sector, specialising in a wide range of valuation work, which includes inheritance tax and succession planning, disputes and secured lending. In addition, Tom is a Director of a substantial arable contracting business on the Oxfordshire/Berkshire borders, together with being a Partner, alongside his wife, of their own family farm near Taunton. Tom joined Sworders in 2025 as a Director covering the South West.
